From flour and water, knead a soft elastic dough))).

Well in the frying pan, sunflower oil (1 tsp). Put the cake, hold it on high heat 10 seconds, then diminish the gas to medium and fry covered with a lid for 1-2 minutes. Then turn over and fry with the lid for a minute or two from the other side. For this recipe I used in addition to onion and even pumpkin for the filling, which is shredded in shredder and sprinkled with sugar. So lepeshechki look immediately after roasting.
The finished cake cut into four pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper and eat.
If You prepare and lepeshechki with sweet filling, of course, salt and pepper will not do ))). From this quantity of products obtained only two lepeshechki, so I recommend at least to double it))).
