Khachapuri puff pastry
The site has a lot of recipes khachapuri, but something a little different. And I decided to add the recipe, which serves this yummy. My recipe at the time, was verified in the book "Georgian cuisine". Very easy and quick to prepare recipe. And very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Suluguni cheese

    500 g

  • Puff pastry

    1 kg

Suluguni cheese need to RUB on a grater, I RUB on large.

Add 1 egg and 1 tbsp restofline oil. Mix well.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 4-5mm, cut into squares. In the middle of each put the filling.

Connect the edges of the envelope.

And then pull up the corners of the envelopes toward the center and fasten (for strength)

Put this bag with the seams on the table and roll with a rolling pin into a pancake in the form of a circle. Spread to a wet (or oiled) baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and prick in several places with a fork.

Bake at 220 degrees until Golden brown, I get somewhere around 15-20 minutes. Pour the remaining melted butter.

This time I have some extra dough I made a filling of feta - just mash it with a fork, added herbs (dill, parsley and coriander), black pepper freshly ground.
