Rich yeast dough
I come to you again with the test. This is a recipe from my mom. Quick and easy - without the dough and kneading. The result - a delicious sweet dough for wind pies and pastries.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yeast

    2.5 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

It's very simple. In warm milk, add sugar, salt and yeast. Stir.

Oil "grind" flour. Add the egg yolks, vanilla sugar and gradually pour in milk-yeast mixture. Stir with a spoon. The dough will be very sticky but not too liquid

Leave on the table for 2-2. 5 hours. During this time the dough should increase in 2,5-3 times. BUT! My grandmother told me that the dough "will not work" if the house quarrel or shout loudly! The dough loves the silence. Don't forget about it :)
