Salad
Light, fresh and unusual salad for seafood lovers. The recipe is from the book "Masterpieces of world gastronomy".

Ingredients

  • Herring

    300 g

  • Sea Kale

    70 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil the seafood in boiling salted water (I was stated on the package and cook 10 min.), recline in a colander, and cooled.

Egg boil hard boiled, cooled and cut. Mix them with seafood, seaweed, dressed with soy sauce.

Spread the salad on a plate (preferably a flat), sprinkle the top with ground pepper (just a little bit). Around with slices of orange and tomato. Delicious and unusual salad is ready. Bon appetit!
