Cooking
With the abdomen of the fish fillet to cut off the rib bones. Tweezers to remove the bones on the back.

To prepare the dough for tortillas. Sift flour, add salt, butter, baking powder and hot boiled water. Knead the dough. Leave for 15-20 minutes "rest".
Divide the dough into 10 portions. Roll out, prick with a fork. Bake at 250* for 3-5 minutes.
To get the fish from the marinade, shake off salt to it. Prepared pickled salmon cut into thin slices. Spread the tortilla with lettuce leaves, pickled salmon. Sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with greens.
