Capelin baked in the oven
Cooked this way the fish are similar in appearance to smoked and cured, but it is less salty, milder taste closer to fried fish. Very simple to prepare. Delicious in both hot and cold. Good imitation of the dinner for those who lose weight.

Ingredients

To defrost fish (ideally cold water). To touch, leaving intact. Gutting fish is not necessary.
