I love it when the food is not only delicious, but also beautiful. This cookie is very fun to paint with the whole family. For kids it is a real culinary adventure. Such cookies are all well familiar from childhood. It was prepared by our mothers and grandmothers for the holidays and birthdays. Fillings can be jam, jam, boiled condensed milk (which I use for the filling), custard with nuts, but one thing consistently — cookies are very tasty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

  • Butter

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Carrots

  • Beets

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins put into the refrigerator to cool. Whisk sugar with egg yolks with a mixer.

Combine the sour cream with the beaten yolks, add to the mix the butter (butter should be soft)

Add the sifted flour to the egg-oil mixture.

Whisk the whites in a solid foam.

Gently, gradually introduce the beaten egg whites into the batter while stirring continuously. Knead the dough and give it a little stand.

From the dough shape the meatballs slightly larger than a walnut. And put them in the freezer for one hour.

Our dough rested in the freezer, proceed to baking. Each ball is cut into halves. Each half is sent on a baking sheet cut down. Bake at t 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
