Chocolates with unusual shapes with delicate cream filling with raspberry flavor. The combination of the two types of chocolate and berry freshness make the candy unique.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    70 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Wheat groats

    50 g

  • Strawberry syrup

    100 ml

To prepare the candy bags out of parchment paper so that the bag is not opened, the outside seal with tape.

Dark chocolate melt in a water bath, pour all the bag, turn over and drain off the excess chocolate, allow to harden.

Couscous pour hot water for 5 min. in the ratio 1:2

Add raspberry syrup (he is my own production, 1 litre of raspberry juice 2 kg sugar in the raw), you can replace the syrup from the jam, but no berries.

Grind in a blender.

Pour the melted white chocolate, stir the mixture and fill the piping bag with a nozzle, until the mixture began to harden.
