Description
Another option for salad dressing, very light and delicate taste, which is perfect for leafy and fruit salads. Just note that there are several variations of this filling with balsamic vinegar and without it. Products are available, prepared simply and quickly!

Cube onions and cut into, if possible, very finely; mix with [b]"herbs for salad"[/b] (dill, parsley, celery, Basil) and vinegar (balsamic and red wine vinegar). As a second variant of the sauce - only use the red wine vinegar, which take 50 ml more.
Add olive oil, salt to taste and mix well.
Before each use, the sauce should be shaken.
