Cooking
Boil beef. Water approx 4 litres. Remove the cooked meat from the broth. Wash, peel and slice carrots, potatoes, cabbage, bell pepper. And throw it all on cutting into the boiling broth. Season with a little salt.
Wok heat sesame oil, fry the hearts, pour in soy wok sauce. Stirring well to extinguish the hearts almost ready. Add chopped shallots, sauté and add sugar syrup.
Slice the boiled beef. Half the meat I set aside for another dish.
Add the beef to the pan. Mix well and sauté for a few minutes to evaporate excess liquid.
Cut fresh mushrooms into quarters or arbitrarily, but large enough, add to the pot with the vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add to a pot of soup Udon noodles. If you're not going to eat all the soup right away, cook noodles separately according to package instructions and add directly to dish. Because my portion was designed for 1 time, I added the noodles in the pan and cooked 8 minutes. Cut leafy celery and add to the pan for 3 minutes until tender.
Here is our soup and ready!!! Collect in a bowl. First hearts with meat.
