Love the pumpkin grown each year and often prepare pumpkin-Apple jam. Love the recipe for the Amateur, but we love this jam and eaten it in our family very quickly.

Cooking
Pumpkin remove seeds and peel, cut into pieces, add a little water and stew until soft.
The same is done with apples.
Stewed pumpkin through a sieve.
With stewed apples to do the same.
Grated apples and a pumpkin to put in the pan and add half of the sugar and stir cook on low heat for 15-20 min., not long before the end of cooking, add the remaining sugar and orange zest. Note: if the apples are sweet, it is sugar less, and you get a very sweet sugary jam.
Ready jam to put in sterilized jars and cover with tight lids.
