Pickled mushrooms
Another great recipe cooking mushrooms. It's very simple and really tasty.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    8 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • A bouillon cube

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    10 piece

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

Mushrooms wash, dry. If necessary, large mushrooms cut into 2 or 4 parts.

Throw the mushrooms in boiling water, cook for 3-5 minutes.

Prepare marinade: in a saucepan pour the water, vinegar, vegetable oil, add salt, sugar, bouillon cube "Galina Blanca", add Bay leaf, pepper peas. Bring to a boil.

In the boiling marinade add cooked mushrooms, bring to a boil and turn off. To the hot mixture add the carrots, grated on the attachment for the carrots in Korean and garlic passed through the press. If there is no necessary attachment for the carrots, it can be cut into slices or grate on a coarse grater.

Leave to steep in the marinade for about a day (by the way, liquid is not very much). I usually leave for the night just in the kitchen, and put in the morning until the evening in the fridge. Bon appetit!!!
