Hot appetizer chicken
Very fast, unusual, tasty and healthy. The perfect light dinner "in haste", the time required for cooking and preparation products is minimized. "Grace" - because this dish with a great taste, contains little fat, but a lot of protein – in General, a great option for a slim figure! My contribution to the spring diet box on the website)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Green olives

    1 can

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

Cooking

Cut the fillet slices and within a few minutes, turning regularly, fry them in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Pour in the whipped cream, cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the mushrooms (canned, but not pickled!). All the contents of the cans adding no liquid.

Stir, simmer 4 minutes.

Add the olives, stir, leave for another couple of minutes.

Add peas, stir, add salt and black pepper, cover, simmer three more minutes so the peas warm up.

The liquid should almost completely evaporate, if not, remove the lid and leave for a few minutes, to avoid excess liquid.

Lay on plates and, if desired, sprinkle on top of chopped greens. Very tasty and quick. Bon appetit!
