    500 g

  • Sour cream

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Dark chocolate

    365 g

  • Cream

    120 g

  • Butter

    20 g

Grind cheese through a sieve, add sour cream (do not write the number, add gradually, stirring well to mass does not make "wet"!), powdered sugar, vanilla, salt.

Add 65 g of melted, but cooled chocolate.

Mix well, roll into balls.

Put in the cold while we prepare the glaze: cream bring to a boil, pour over the broken chocolate, mix well until chocolate is completely dissolved, add oil. Drop each ball into the prepared frosting and put the balls on foil. Put in the cold to complete solidification of the chocolate.
