"Not appetizing..!" You might say... But the food is delicious!!! The recipe is designed for a narrow circle of the owner of gardens and cottages that grow garlic and throw away (unfortunately) garlic arrows.

Cooking
YOUNG (!) garlic arrows to wash, to drain the water. Overripe arrows of garlic when frying will be hard, so use the ones that have the diameter of the "flower" is not thicker than the diameter of the arrow.
Now cut them in 5-7 cm long
The thin tips of the "flower" is definitely cut, leaving only 1-1,5 cm above the "flower"
Pour vegetable oil on the bottom of a tall frying pan, preheat it and place the prepared arrows.
Fry until then, until the hands change color and become soft. Don't forget to periodically stir. It is possible to cover, then the cooking time is slightly reduced. A few minutes before the end add salt (preferably fine salt) and pepper.
