Layered salad
In anticipation of the holidays, especially New year, we all make food stocks. And during the holidays, guests can go for a drink or two, and quite unexpectedly. Then come to the aid of my salad "transform in R", in which almost all of the ingredients model. Canned pink salmon to boiled meat or chicken, avocado in cucumber or rice, in short, imagination is limitless, but the dressing is olive oil + soy sauce is suitable for any components of the salad. Most importantly, do not be afraid of unexpected combinations. But it's a combination that we liked the most, so during the holidays this set of products I try have always.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

  • Salmon

  • Lettuce

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

Cooking

Avocado peel, remove the seeds, cut into cubes. The same cubes, slice the tomato.
