Salad of roasted beets with feta cheese
Very interesting, bright, delicious salad with unusual ingredients and a small "twist& amp;quot;. Let's try to surprise your guests and loved ones!

In order to make the salad, you need to pre-bake the beets. For this it wash, wipe, wrap in foil individually and put in oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then cooled, peel and cut into cubes, but not very finely.

Then wash and dry the salad leaves.

In a large bowl or in a large bowl, mix balsamic vinegar (or wine), olive oil, sugar and salt. I have sunflower oil with olive TM "Oleyna".

Add the dressing to the lettuce and stir.

Then add beets, walnuts and again stir gently. You can gently (!!) salt, but be careful, because the salad will be salty cheese.

Cheese cut into cubes and coat each piece in the sesame seeds. This is the "highlight" of the salad! Cheese will retain their shape and will not mix with beets.

Pieces of feta in sesame seeds spread on top of salad and nothing stirred. Our salad is ready!
