Easy and hearty, dressed-up salad. The snack that fills your stomach weight and power will leave for hot.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    50 g

  • Sausages

    50 g

  • Beans

    40 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    60 g

  • Pepper

    60 g

  • Leeks

    20 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    10 g

Cooking

Soak beans for a couple of hours. Then boil and cool.

To the beans add the chopped celery.

Add the paprika

The pork and sausages.

Add the greens and mayonnaise.

Serve in dessert bowls and decorate with leeks and sesame seeds.
