Very tasty and quick to prepare dish. Who knows, he'll never guess it's made with pita bread. It turns out very thin and tasty dough.

Cooking
Form for baking grease with oil. It put 2 pita so that the edges hanging down, in order to cover the filling. (I slightly cropped the edges because I have a small form)
Cheese or cheese to grate. Add the cheese, green onions and dill. That's the stuffing.
The remaining pitas cut into pieces of arbitrary shape, to vilakati in a mixture of yogurt and eggs, a little squeeze and in such a crumpled form lay in the form. Then pour cheese and cream cheese.
Again to put the pieces of pita bread. So continue, till the filling over.
To cover all this hanging "wings"
From top to pour the remnants of the yogurt with the egg and put the pieces of butter. Bake for 20 minutes until crisp. Bon appetit!
