Banitsa pita
Very tasty and quick to prepare dish. Who knows, he'll never guess it's made with pita bread. It turns out very thin and tasty dough.

Ingredients

Form for baking grease with oil. It put 2 pita so that the edges hanging down, in order to cover the filling. (I slightly cropped the edges because I have a small form)
