Description

Soup from fish canned food
The other day my son asked me about my childhood, I gladly told him, and that was it. And suddenly remembered how our family changed residence, I for some reason in kindergarten gave and every morning took aunt of my mother. She rascoala I had a soup, I loved it then very much. My mom is nothing like cooking. Tried to recall and remembered that this soup she made from canned fish. And a Handbook she had "the Book about tasty and healthy food"... And here's the recipe and found the soup cooked. The recipe is very simple and easy to prepare. Very good when you need to cook the soup quickly (for example, returning from a trip) or in the country, or as "lazy&am p;quot; (or BACHELOR) option.

Cooking

step-0
In a saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil. In the meantime, finely chop onions, carrots grate on a grater and saute all in butter (I replaced the vegetable).
step-1
Measure out required quantity of rice and wash thoroughly under running water.
step-2
I have in home "bins" was this jar of canned fish. Opening our jar. The liquid is poured into the pot, the soup will be more intense.
step-3
The water in the pot began to boil? In the water put rice and mashed vegetables. Continue to cook until almost cooked rice.
step-4
Fish spread on a plate and mash with a fork into pieces. While large bones are advised to choose. I in the soup didn't love :-)
step-5
When the rice is almost cooked, add to a pot of canned fish and dill (or parsley). Bring the soup to a boil, add pepper, salt, add Bay leaf. After cooking, let stand the soup for 15-20 minutes. Serve with sour cream :-) Bon appetit!
