Description
This recipe is the rescue when you have nowhere to put the serum. And the pancakes turn out delicious and economical. The final photo from the cook Alenka.
Ingredients

Serum
0.5 l

Salt
0.5 tsp

Sugar
3 Tbsp

Flour
3 cup

Soda
1 tsp
Cooking
Serum of heat that was hot (but not boiling!). Put salt and sugar, stir to dissolve.
Add the flour to make a batter as for pancakes (to drop from a spoon). Flour may take more than 3 cups.
Only now add baking soda and stir well.
Fry pancakes in sunflower oil in a frying pan. Without oil in a nonstick pan.
