Pickles
This recipe is from the book "Collection of KP. Cucumbers. "I need this recipe interested, first of all, the addition of rye bread. But here I had to try before closing. Too crunchy-crispy.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 kg

  • Bread

    40 g

  • Dill

    4 piece

  • Water

  • Salt

    20 g

Cooking

step-0
an Experimental recipe No. 5" I like rye chips. If it's rye bread, it is cut into pieces
step-1
Water and salt bring to a boil and cool.
step-2
In a clean jar to put bread and dill.
step-3
Then lay the cucumbers, pre-cut tips (if not very small, then cut them in half lengthwise, but not completely) to the Bank. And pour the chilled brine. Close the jar with a lid and leave for fermentation for 3-4 days. I have the banks standing in the kitchen.
step-4
Here is the pickle after 4 days, it dimmed. (I had two cans, so there in the frame were different)
step-5
Now merge and filter our pickle (but with each banks separately). If bread left in the Bank, there is nothing wrong, let it there will be. Brine bring again to a boil. And it is desirable to have the boiling water we might need.
step-6
I have in each jar (I have about 1.5 liter was) added 1 tbsp vodka (but in the recipe it is not). Thus, the brine is boiling, pour it again into the jar with cucumbers. Here we will need the boiling water. The photo shows that the brine became less than it was (a little bit), just take and pour the brim with boiling water. That's why each jar to fill separately.
step-7
The Bank roll up cover and put upside down to cool. Can wrap (but I don't). The brine is yet unclear, but it's nothing terrible, it needs a little to brighten.
