Cabbage rolls on the leg
Banal cabbage rolls have become boring, and wanted to make something new for dinner, and stuffed cabbage we love. So I thought to wrap in cabbage leaf fried chicken leg with rice and put all in a tomato-cream sauce. Unusual and very tasty. Just a new interpretation of a favorite dish.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    6 piece

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    70 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

Cooking

Legs, salt, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings and sauté in a pan with butter on both sides until Golden brown.

Interrupts with 6 cabbage leaves and boil them until tender in boiling water.

Boil the rice in 1 Cup water until tender.

Fry the finely chopped onion and grated carrot in butter until Golden brown.

Mix rice with fried.

And wrap everything in a cabbage leaf in an envelope. We put them in the pan.

Finely chop bell pepper and put it between the cabbage rolls, sprinkle top with finely chopped garlic.

Make the sauce - mix the tomato paste and sour cream, add 1 Cup water, 1H. L. Basilica, 1H. L. sugar and salt to taste. Pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Slice the tomato and put over cabbage and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Decorate the dish with greens in the pan and serve. Enjoy the picture, like my family devours it from the pan for both cheeks!
