Pasta with caramelized onions
I want to share with You a very interesting recipe. I found on the website at Yulia Vysotskaya. Cooked very quickly, the result is simply stunning. Come on in and get.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Brown sugar

    25 g

  • Vinegar

    5 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    40 ml

  • Salt

Boil in salted water the pasta for 1 minute less than indicated on the package. Recline in a colander, rinse in cold water.

Onion cut into half rings.

Finely chop the parsley.

In a pan heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil, put onion, sprinkle it with sugar and fry, stirring occasionally on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until soft and Golden.

Add the pasta to the onions, parsley, vinegar, salt if necessary. Stir, cover and hold for a few moments. Fire to disable.

Add to the contents of the nuts (if you take walnut - crumble them first) and grated on a coarse grater cheese, the remaining vegetable oil. Mix well.
