Chocolate eclairs
Recipes eclairs on the site a lot, but mine are slightly different, have searched and not found. I thought here the other day, because sand, and biscuit dough is made with cocoa, why not try the eclairs and custard to make chocolate. Tried to start a small batch and it turned out great, especially nice with white cottage cheese cream. Anyone who loves eclairs, I suggest to try that option.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Condensed milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

In a saucepan pour water, put the butter, salt, sugar.

Flour with cocoa, sift and stir.

As soon as the water boils and the butter has melted, add the flour with cocoa and quickly interfere with a spatula, until a lump of dough. Turn off the heat and pan with the dough to put a little cool.

When the dough has cooled, add eggs one at a time, vimosewa until a smooth mass. The last egg I always shake with a fork and add a little bit of everything (eggs are something different). The finished dough should have a medium-thick consistency, not run off the spoon.

Using a pastry bag (or spoon) otkryvaem tubercles at a distance of 3-4 cm apart and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes (the oven during baking not open).

For the cream cheese to RUB through a sieve and mix with condensed milk.
