Similar to a soufflé
Sooo delicious souffle without raw eggs and agar. Like candy, as they were in my childhood. Can be used as a cake frosting, make candy, or pour in a bowl as a standalone dessert.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Potato starch

    1 tsp

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Cream

    125 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

Cooking

Soak gelatine in 50ml of warm water

Make custard based. Mix the egg, milk, sugar, salt, starch, vanillin. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring with a whisk. Remove from heat, cool.

Chilled custard in the Foundation add the dissolved gelatin (I did it in the microwave to heat no higher 60gradusov), mix

In whipped cream add a soft cheese, whip until smooth.

Gradually mix the custard and the butter pieces, whisking after each addition spoon.

Continue to use discretion in cake, pour into bowl or mold. Quickly put in shape, smooth. Gelatin is already beginning its action. Leave for 2-4 hours in the cold until fully cured.
