Christmas macaroons
Another very tasty traditional Greek cookies cooked very quickly and simply, however, just as quickly disappears with the dishes!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    210 g

  • Cognac

    50 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

Beat butter with a mixer, gradually adding sah. powder 110 g, until smooth and fluffy. Add brandy and stir.

Sift the flour with baking powder and vanilla, gradually adding the butter, whipped with sugar, flour, add the almonds.

Again knead, divide the dough into pieces. Note the amount of flour - the dough should not be very steep, especially as we add to it the almonds! It is better to add more if need be, after you add nuts!

All received portions of the dough divide into 30 equal pieces and roll into balls 3-4 cm in diameter, pave kourabiedes on a baking tray, covered with baking paper at a distance from each other. Bake in the heated oven at 180"for 15-20 minutes.

Cool completely and roll in powdered sugar. Very tender and flavorful cookie that just melts in your mouth.
