Curd-lemon cookies
How delicious, delicate, fragile and delicious it can be, it turns out, cookies. Very affordable, but insanely delicious cookies.

Curd proteret through the screen or break the immersion blender. Softened butter room temperature, mix with cottage cheese.

Add the zest of half a lemon (I had lemon, and lime), powder, vanilla, 2 tbsp of lemon juice.

Sift flour with baking powder, add to the bowl with the curd mixture, knead the dough. I took a little more flour literally a handful - but look at the dough, it should stick, but not to be cool.

For convenience, roll the dough into a roll, tearing off a small piece of the sausage, roll the balls no larger than a walnut. Lay them on the laid parchment baking sheet. With a fork flatten the cookies, making cake, and a striking grid pattern.

Cookies grease with a brush with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake until a light blush 7-10 minutes at 180C. If you like a pronounced taste of lemon, the cooled cookies are also lightly oil juice and sprinkle with sugar.
