Cooking

step-0
Peel the potatoes (if he is young, you can just wash thoroughly; I have potatoes, but I still cleaned it, because do not like the rind). Cut into small pieces (I have the potatoes quite small so cut in halves or three parts). Coat a baking sheet with olive oil, put the potatoes, again sprinkle with olive oil, a little salt, oregano to taste. Bake in the oven until cooked (I have at 180 degrees for potatoes prepared in 20 minutes).
step-1
Baked potatoes put in a salad bowl.
step-2
Green beans cook in boiling salted water until tender (I have the beans frozen, and the cooking took about 7 minutes). Beans drain in a colander to glass excess fluid and beans are a little cool. The cooled beans, add to potatoes.
step-3
The fitaki cut into cubes and send to the salad.
step-4
With black and green olives to drain the excess fluid. Cut into halves, rings or leave them whole to your discretion (I have half). To send a mixture of olives in the salad.
step-5
Sweet pepper peel and cut into strips. To add to the salad.
step-6
For the filling you will need olive oil, lemon juice and mustard (in the list of ingredients shows the approximate proportions, but you can change them to suit your taste).
step-7
Mix all ingredients for filling.
step-8
Season the salad, add the fresh herbs and stir.
step-9
Salad to eat delicious both warm and chilled. Warm more vividly felt the taste of baked potatoes, and after cooling the beans more soaked with juices. Bon appetit!
