I offer easy bean pate with peanuts. It turns out very tender texture and an amazing taste. Due to the bean paste becomes very creamy, and the pecans give flavor.

Cooking
Beans boil until tender, as directed on the package. Drain the excess water. To give beans to cool.
The peanut sauté and cool.
Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
Add to the onions carrots, grated on a fine grater. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Peanuts to put in the blender to turn into crumbs.
Fold in blender to peanut beans, roasted vegetables. Grind in a blender until creamy. Season with salt and pepper, add soy sauce. Again grind blender. To decompose in glass jars, sprinkle with pink pepper. Store in the refrigerator. Serve with freshly baked bread. Perfect homemade bread. Bon appetit!
