In fact, it is common rye crackers. But with a completely different approach. Tasty, fast and refined... a Recipe inspired by the book of light snacks. What could be easier?

Ingredients

  • Bread

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Chili

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

It's very simple. Remove bread crusts. And cut into pieces. Better, of course, thinner. And ideally, the bread should be slightly stale. I have spent 3 days, but somehow not old, so cut, how it happened.

Put the oil, mustard, dill, garlic, pepper and salt in a bowl. There also add grated on a fine grater Parmesan. Mix to a paste. The paste is very fragrant, spicy. Subsequently, it can be done and used as a spicy spread on bread.

Slice the bread into triangles or squares. Triangles seemed to me less worn version. Place the bread on a baking sheet and place in oven preheated to 200-220 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the triangles are Golden brown. Crackers are very strong to smell.
