Ears bacon and cheese
Very quick, easy and delicious appetizer: hot and cold, for feasts and for work, for school Lunches and for picnics. Try for yourself, decide for yourself: to have or not to have!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    400 g

  • Sausage

    150 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Puff pastry: fresh or frozen (be sure to defrost!) Toppings to taste! I did 2 options: 1. (pictured) - ham or boiled sausage, mozzarella, Parmesan, hard cheese. 2. - bacon, - cheese, - cheese! In General, do not hesitate, if you have cooked sausage or sausage and cheese - 100% works, too!

Roll the dough to expand and spread on sliced sausages and grated cheese

You can collapse the roll (if the cuts aren't really working out, do not fret: when baking everything will be OK!),

And you can make the ears: the dough rolls rolls toward each other

Put snail/ears on a baking tray, on baking paper and brush with beaten egg.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes (until it will turn brown)
