Fish in lemon cream
My favorite recipe of white fish. Tender, juicy, flavorful! Recipe borrowed from Jamie Oliver, he prepared halibut fillet. It's very simple and fast, and the result is excellent! Hot fish - a full dinner or a hearty second, cold - a great snack.
