Cake chocolate cake, stuffed with delicate cream with cherries, cognac and... Autumn cool evenings with some tea-coffee for this cake I remember "School time"

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    12 piece

  • Sugar

    3.5 cup

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    9.5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Butter

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Cherry

    0.6 l

  • Cognac

    50 ml

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

Cooking

Cherries to soak in brandy for a day.

For sponge cake. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add flour with baking powder and cocoa. Mix well.

In a greased form put the dough.

Bake 120 - 130 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees.

Allow to cool, then cut off the lid. Remove the pulp to leave a wall thickness of about 2 cm.

For cream. Butter to mix with condensed milk and vanilla sugar.

Add the middle from the cake and cherries. Mix well.

For the glaze. Sugar, milk, cocoa, oil to cook, not boiling. Cool. When starts to thicken, pour over cake.
