Vegetables wash, peel and slice the onions thin half-rings, tomatoes - large pieces; salad pepper - half-rings; petiolar celery - small cyckami; mushrooms, thinly, into 3-4 slices length; mozzarella - in small cubes (I had a snack of mozzarella in the shape of balls).
Season with salt and pepper, add the chopped herbs and season the salad with lemon juice and olive oil. Bon appetit!
