Here our products.
Chicken ventricles boil with salt and spices.
Cook mushrooms whole in water with salt, spices and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Allow to cool in the marinade. Boil eggs cool.
RUB cheese on a coarse grater. Detachable egg whites from yolks and RUB on a medium grater. The cooled ventricles cut into thin plastinkami. So just cut and mushrooms.
Onion peel, cut in small cubes and pickle in water with salt, sugar and vinegar.
Beautiful deep dish lay out our salad: first layer - half of the ventricles covered by the mesh of mayonnaise
then put the marinated onion and mushrooms. Also a mesh of mayonnaise.
The next layer - cheese, again fishnet mayonnaise.
Proteins spread on the rest of the ventricles. This layer is well lubricated with mayonnaise.
On a small grater, grate the yolks, sprinkle with their salad.
Decorate with greens, slices of bell pepper.
