Delicious layered salad! Simple and affordable. Chicken gizzards, mushrooms, eggs, cheese - the perfect combination for a delicious meal!

  • Chicken egg

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    250 g

  • Vinegar

  • Sugar

  • Salt

Chicken ventricles boil with salt and spices.

Cook mushrooms whole in water with salt, spices and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Allow to cool in the marinade. Boil eggs cool.
