And today I have the second run of pies and I really want to share with you. The pies are very tasty, airy. The dough and on the second day soft.   • Milk

  • Flour

  • Yeast

The dough cooks very quickly, so you need to prepare the stuffing according to your taste. Yesterday I had the pies with egg and green onions. Today, potatoes with mushrooms.
Now prepare the dough: 1, 5 cups of warm milk (I have a glass of 250 ml) 4 tbsp without slides sugar, 6 tbsp with slide flour, 25-30 g of fresh compressed yeast, mix Everything and knead thoroughly, let rise for 30 minutes
During this time the dough is well rise. While wandering the dough, sift 3 cups of flour (the flour all at once to the batter do not add, it may need more or less, it took me 3 cups and a bit more)
Beat 2 eggs with incomplete teaspoon of salt
In approaching the dough pour the eggs with the salt, oil and knead the dough, adding flour
If the dough is watery, add flour, but a little. The dough should be soft, airy living...
Let the dough rest in the bowl for 10-15 minutes
Divide the dough into pieces approximately 45-47 gr
Drove them into balls
Let stand for 5-10 minutes and begin to form cakes
Putting them on a baking sheet
To give time for the pies, brush with egg and bake at 180-200*C for 20-25 minutes.
