Cooking
Our ingredients are.
Eggs to grate on a fine grater.
Finely chop the herbs, grate cheese on a fine grater. All season with salt and pepper.
I cut the pita into two parts.
Put the prepared mixture on the middle of our pita bread.
Closed with the other hand.
Closed on the sides and turned the envelope.
Pre-prepared envelopes for roasting.
In a skillet heated with some oil, put the pita bread seam side down, fry on both sides.
