Description

The cheese cake on the baking soda
I want to share with you my recipe is very simple and incredibly delicious cakes. It is for those who have no time or ability to be messing with yeast dough. This recipe goes hand in hand with incredible speed. Gave me his godfather, and I asked all of my and my mother's friends. Every year I experiment with new recipes of yeast breads, but always consistently bake these, too. Because in our family, they diverge very first.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    900 g

  • Chicken egg

    9 piece

  • Sugar

    4.5 cup

  • Flour

    6 cup

  • Soda

    1.5 tsp

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Vanilla

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Raisins

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

step-0
Cheese beat with a blender or mash through a sieve. Add sugar. If You think that the cake needs to be very sweet, add sugar 5 cups.
step-1
Melt butter and mix with flour.
step-2
Eggs lightly beat with a mixer.
step-3
Mix the cheese, butter flour, eggs, vanilla. Soda repay lemon juice of a whole lemon and add to the dough. Pour the raisins. The dough is ready.
step-4
Take a form in which you are going to bake and along the bottom of the cut out paper circle. If You are 100% confident in your form or You have a split form, you can skip this step. But will be very sad after so much efforts, if the cakes stick to the bottom of the form.
step-5
Put paper circle on the bottom of the form. Vegetable oil liberally grease the bottom and sides of the form. Ideally, it is best to lubricate with lard, but for these cakes and vegetable oil will do.
step-6
Form fill 2/3 of the dough. The dough is well-suited, so not much put. And put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 minutes. Though of course the baking time depends on oven and size of the form.
step-7
When mud pies browned take out and allow to cool a little.
step-8
If you bake in large forms, sometimes can crack the top. My mom says that they, though not beautiful, but delicious.
step-9
Here are the mud pies in the cut.
step-10
And this fruit cake had been in the hands of my small.
