Pita bread with filling.

Ingredients

  • Pita

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sausage

  • Suluguni cheese

  • Dill

  • Tomato

1. Pita bread cut into 2 pieces and smear with mayonnaise.

2. Put Suluguni cheese (grated), sausage (cut into thin strips), tomato (roughly chopped)and finely chopped dill.

3. Roll the pita bread in roll and secure with toothpicks, that would not be broken up.

4. Put on the grill and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes

5. Fry both sides in a skillet in butter.

6. Floss to remove.

7. Put on a dish and serve hot.
