Peel the onion and garlic finely chopped.Pour into a saucepan, half the olive oil and fry until light Golden color. Sorry, this step I didn't photograph.
The pumpkin and the peeled potatoes cut into cubes and add to the roast. Mix well and pour in the broth(I Usually half a liter of boiled water add 2 cubes of chicken or beef broth)cover with lid and simmer cook for 25-30min(if necessary, it needs more salt).
Remove from heat and beat with a blender until creamy.
Put back on low heat,cut the green beans into small pieces 2-3cm,the shape resembling a parallelogram. Add to soup,bring to boil,then reduce the heat to low,add remaining olive oil and cook on low heat for another 10min.
When serving, I usually sprinkle the grated cheese supik.Cheese gives more taste. Usually use cheese "the Azores". If not,you can use any hard cheese such as Gouda or Flamengo..It's very filling and low-calorie soup. It's even possible to eat late in the evening.
