This recipe will appeal to those who love cheese cakes, and pastries with poppy seeds. I just love all cheese, poppy and especially when they are together it is definitely my dish!!! So this recipe is 100% mine! But past the Mac and cheese pot pie... secret ingredient which is haven't felt in a cake after baking. This ingredient is semolina, or rather of semolina. I can confidently assure you that semolina in this cake nor feel nor taste nor appearance. prepare this simple but delicious and healthy pie! Crunchy nut base and tender stuffing, delicious!!

Cooking
Butter cut into cubes, add the flour and sugar
Grind almonds into fine crumbs
Add to the butter and flour and mash in the ground into crumbs
For the filling we use semolina from TM Mistral.
Milk bring to the boil, remove from heat and immediately pour the semolina.
SL immediately add the butter and sugar.
Stir and leave to stand for 10 min.
Meanwhile, mix the cheese, eggs, raisins and sugar. Preferably the curd is not take much krupinsky, if it is that then wipe it through a sieve or punching blender.
Mix poppy seed and cottage cheese filling.
Form 20 cm in DM covered with parchment paper and brush with oil.
On the bottom put half of the nut-flour crumbs.
On top put the filling, smooth.
Top sprinkle remaining half of crumbs. Bake pie at 170 g for about 1 hour. Remove from the oven, cool completely and then remove from the mold.
All the cake is ready!! Really is cooked very simply and quickly. Enjoy your tea!!!
