I come from the Soviet Union, where canned fish "Saury in oil" was a frequent visitor at the home table. And in salads, and in soups, and in pies. Maybe someone will scold me for this simple pie, but I decided to publish this recipe.

Cooking
In warm water stir with a whisk 3-4 tablespoons of flour, stir in the yeast and a pinch of sugar, leave until bubbles, about 15-20 minutes. Then stir in the remaining flour, salt and sugar start kneading the dough
Whilst mixing, pour vegetable oil, cover the dough with film and leave for 1-2 hours to rise, then well obamanite it on a flour podpylennom table
For stuffing, cut small cubes of raw potatoes
Canned mash with a fork together with the liquid in which the fish, add chopped onion and black pepper, combine with potatoes
Season with soy sauce and stir well
Roll out the dough into a layer, place it on a baking pan, forming a rim, pour the filling here
In this form, leave the cake for 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cake sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in a heated oven, bake for about 30-35 minutes (focus on your oven). Serve hot!
