Cherry pie
Sharing with you a recipe very tasty and tender cherry pie easy cooking and excellent result!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Flour

    140 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cherry

    600 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat with a mixer softened margarine (or butter) with sugar on medium speed.

Then one by one enter the eggs and whisk at the same speed.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla sugar. Added to the mixture, and beat, but on small speed.

The dough will be the consistency of very thick homemade sour cream.

Prescription form should cover with parchment paper and grease with butter, but I without parchment, heavily greased form with margarine. The dough is put into the form (don't worry that the test itself is not enough, because during baking it will rise well) and pour on top of cherries, "pressing" her hands in the dough. Put in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.

Checking the cake with a match, get. The top is decorated with powdered sugar. During cooking you hear an amazingly rich flavor!
