Description
Insanely delicious meatloaf from the charming Jamie Oliver. Will have to work hard but the result is worth it!

Cooking
Prepare biscuit dough: whisk eggs with sugar (cause I have a smile the words of Jamie "and beat for 3 minutes until the mixture is tripled in volume"), it took me 10 minutes.
Gradually add the egg mixture butter (melted). Gradually stir in the sifted flour and cocoa powder, stirring gently.
Turn the dough out onto the prepared cookie sheet. Put it in the oven and bake about 10 minutes (took me 7 minutes was enough).
Check the readiness of the cake, gently pressing on it with your finger: if the cake is springy, can be removed.
Remove from oven and place, without removing from the paper to the cake cooled slightly (I decided not to risk and made a proven way – wrapped loaf in a towel).
Make the filling: in a pan pour orange juice, add zest and sugar and warm over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the whole cherries and cook about 5 minutes until berries are soft. Turn off the heat and pour in a couple tablespoons of brandy (I didn't added the alcohol).
Allow to cool and recline in a colander, saving the syrup (in the future - our impregnation).
Into the pot from under the cherry, pour 100 ml cream and bring to a boil (I didn't expect the boil), remove from heat and stir in the chocolate. Stir to chocolate is melted.
Whisk the remaining cream (300 ml).
Impregnate the cake with a cherry syrup, then lubricated with chocolate cream, leaving a free 5 cm from each edge. Then spread a layer of whipped cream and a cherry. Now turn the roll. Ready cake paper in which it was baked (I didn't), and put into the fridge for 1 hour.
Before serving, cut the ends of the roll, sprinkle with powdered sugar, decorate with the chocolate shavings. I was preparing for the arrival of the parents, so in terms of pictures, unfortunately no. Meatloaf very tasty, and quickly eaten ) I will eat well!! :)
