Delicate raspberry muffins to yogurt
Recipe found in one of the Newspapers of Germany, decided to do. Unfortunately, the shape of muffins have not yet acquired, but I think in the form of tartlets looks good too. But very tender and tasty. I think you can do with any berries, I made the recipe with raspberries. Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Eggs, yogurt, oil, sugar and vanilla until well blended.

Flour mixed with baking powder, sift into a mass and knead smooth batter. If you find the dough too thick (might depend on the flour), you can add a little more yogurt.

Silicone molds oil, into a metal mold to put the paper baskets. Divide the dough forms.

Fresh raspberries washed and kitchen napkins to dry, preferably frozen raspberries to thaw in the time recommended. Lay the raspberries on the dough, slightly pressing.
