Unexpected but pleasant was my victory in the contest of articles... In honor of this event, baked the pie that is devoted primarily to the wonderful winners Vicole (Vikol') and Shine (DAISY), in whose company I am so honored to be. Cooking
Make the dough: 250 g flour mix with sugar (125 g), cocoa powder, baking powder. Add a pinch of salt. Divide the dry mix 1 egg, add 150 g of butter room temperature, a spoonful of brandy and knead the dough. It turns out dense and hard. In a greased form put the dough in a thin layer formed by the sides (I kneaded it in the form of right hands). (Then I decided to distribute it better, and his hands were already in the cheese, hence the white lumps, the attention they pay should not). Better, of course, if there is a split form, but in ordinary, as I have, truth, the basis of it is quite fragile, so remove very carefully.
Further and curd. Whisk well with a mixer or in a food processor the cottage cheese, sour cream, 4 eggs, 100 g sugar, starch. Obtained homogeneous mixture, the consistency of liquid sour cream (really a liquid, so it should be in the baking process it will thicken). And I added ground chocolate, more, chocolate candy (in General, what was found), mix everything and pour on the dough. By the way, I usually bumpers never do, because I do not guess their height is too low, on the contrary. But this time I did and even managed to size)))
Mix the remaining products – 150 g flour, 75 g sugar, 70 g butter – crumbs, sprinkle it cheese layer.
Bake for about an hour, check the readiness with a match: the grains of curd to it can stick, but it should not be wet. Be sure to let cool in the form, so that the filling be fixed, and cut into pieces. Bon appetit!
