Another implementation of the recipe V. V. Pokhlebkin. Fragrant, hearty and robust dish of Ukrainian cuisine of the available products. Technique for me was quite unusual. Well, what else can I say? This is probably the most delicious roast I have ever tasted!

Cooking
Pork cut into large pieces little more than 100 grams. Sear on all sides until Golden brown.
Add the tomato puree, reduce the heat, stir, cover and a bit put out.
Meanwhile, the potatoes and carrots to cut cubes, to fry on strong fire.
At the end add salt, pepper, onion, cut into rings. Mix well. Vegetables and meat add to the pot rows, beginning and ending with vegetables.
Mushrooms finely chop and boil in a little water, broth Uvarov half. If dried mushrooms, first they boil briefly, then slice and boil the same broth.
Pour the broth with vegetables and meat, add a Bay leaf and a little salt. Simmer on low heat under a lid until tender (it took me 40 minutes). Before serving, finely chop the garlic, sprinkle them hot and stand under the lid for 3-4 minutes.
