Cooking
The first thing we need to cut pork in small cubes, pour beer and soy sauce and leave for 40 minutes to marinate. Thanks to this simple procedure, the meat is just tender.
In a pan heat olive oil, add onion half-rings, cut into slices celery and garlic. Fry about 3-4 minutes until the celery will not be soft.
Fresh mushrooms wash, cut into 4 pieces and add to vegetables. To fry for about 6-7 minutes.
The final touch - the Bulgarian red pepper. I had a frozen country, but you can use any fresh, including.
Let's meat. Pour our marinade added to the meat in olive oil and paprika and fry for about 7 minutes.
Combine meat, vegetables and tomato paste. Add the honey, salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
The finished dish is hearty, tasty and beautiful. Don't forget to sprinkle it with fresh herbs and serve.
