Cut cabbage and fine julienne cucumbers, and tomatoes slices, approximately 1 × 1 cm.
Chicken fillet cut into cubes, coat with spices: curry, salt, pepper. Fry on the pan.
Mix all ingredients of filling: chicken, cabbage, carrots, tomato, cucumber.
Prepare sauce: garlic grate. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic. 1/3 of the sauce added to the filling. All the stuffing and divide it in 6 equal parts.
Take one sheet of lavash, cut it into 2 parts. Coat pita bread with sauce, spread 1 portion of filling, fold the pita bread. Do the same thing with the remaining filling. Get 6 servings of Shawarma.
Fry the Shawarma in a pan on both sides.
